La Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) a \u00e9mis, ce lundi, un mandat d’arr\u00eat contre le chef du gouvernement d’occupation sioniste, le d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Benjamin Netanyahu, pour des crimes de guerre et crimes contre l’humanit\u00e9 commis par son arm\u00e9e dans la bande de Ghaza, soumise \u00e0 une sauvage agression depuis plus de sept mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00abSur la base des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve recueillis et examin\u00e9s par mon bureau, j’ai des motifs raisonnables de croire que Benjamin Netanyahu\u00bb et le ministre de la D\u00e9fense du gouvernement d’occupation, \u00abportent la responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale de crimes de guerre et crimes contre humanit\u00e9 commis sur le territoire de l’Etat de Palestine (dans la bande de Ghaza) \u00e0 partir du 8 octobre 2023 au moins\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9 la CPI, qui si\u00e8ge \u00e0 La Haye.<\/p>\n

Le communiqu\u00e9 cite, entre autres, \u00able fait d’affamer d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment des civils comme m\u00e9thode de guerre en tant que crime de guerre, le fait de causer intentionnellement de grandes souffrances ou de porter gravement atteinte \u00e0 l’int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique ou \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, l’homicide intentionnel, le fait de diriger intentionnellement des attaques contre la population civile en tant que crime de guerre, l’extermination et\/ou le meurtre en tant que crime contre l’humanit\u00e9, la pers\u00e9cution en tant que crime contre l’humanit\u00e9, et d’autres actes inhumains en tant que crime contre l’humanit\u00e9\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00abD’apr\u00e8s nos constatations, certains de ces crimes continuent d’\u00eatre commis\u00bb, a-t-on ajout\u00e9, avertissant que \u00abde nombreuses zones de Ghaza sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en proie \u00e0 la famine, qui menace de se propager \u00e0 d’autres parties du territoire\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le bureau du procureur de la CPI, Karim Khan, \u00absoutient que les preuves recueillies, y compris des entretiens men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de victimes et de t\u00e9moins directs des faits, des documents audio et vid\u00e9o authentifi\u00e9s, des images satellite et des d\u00e9clarations faites par des membres du groupe qui aurait commis ces crimes, d\u00e9montrent (que l’entit\u00e9 sioniste) a d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment, syst\u00e9matiquement et continuellement priv\u00e9 la population civile de l’ensemble du territoire de Ghaza de moyens de subsistance indispensables \u00e0 sa survie\u00bb.<\/p>\n
