Le service de chirurgie p\u00e9diatrique du Centre hospitalo-universitaire \u00ab\u00a0Docteur Benzerdjeb\u00a0\u00bb d’Oran a repris les interventions chirurgicales pour les malformations de la colonne vert\u00e9brale chez les enfants, avec la programmation de dix op\u00e9rations, a-t-on appris, lundi, de cet \u00e9tablissement hospitalier. La reprise des op\u00e9rations chirurgicales pour les enfants atteints de malformations de la colonne vert\u00e9brale inclut la programmation de dix interventions, a indiqu\u00e9 le charg\u00e9 de la communication au CHU d’Oran, Mohamed Amine Rebouha. \u00ab\u00a0Au cours des deux derniers jours, deux op\u00e9rations chirurgicales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au profit de deux enfants atteints de scoliose, tandis que les huit autres interventions seront programm\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. Parmi les principales malformations de la colonne vert\u00e9brale chez les enfants trait\u00e9es par la chirurgie figurent la scoliose, la cyphose dorsale, le spondylolisth\u00e9sis, le syndrome du dos plat et la spondylarthrite ankylosante, a-t-on fait observer M. Rebouha. Les causes des malformations de la colonne vert\u00e9brale chez les enfants sont multiples, notamment des anomalies de la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re, des probl\u00e8mes de colonne vert\u00e9brale d\u00e8s la naissance, des traumatismes, ainsi que l’ost\u00e9oporose et les fractures. Selon les sp\u00e9cialistes, la Spina Bifida, ou le my\u00e9lom\u00e9ningoc\u00e8le, \u00ab\u00a0constitue l’un des principaux facteurs de risque entrainant des malformations de la colonne vert\u00e9brale\u00a0\u00bb. Les m\u00e9decins recommandent \u00e0 toutes les femmes enceintes de prendre de l’acide folique au cours des trois premiers mois de grossesse, car cette substance aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la Spina Bifida et les anomalies similaires chez le f\u0153tus, souligne-t-on. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
