La strat\u00e9gie consistant \u00e0 masquer ces tensions derri\u00e8re le discours du partenariat ou l\u2019organisation de grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements sportifs semble aujourd\u2019hui atteindre ses limites.<br><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u00c0 la suite des importants flux migratoires enregistr\u00e9s vers Ceuta, per\u00e7us \u00e0 Madrid comme un moyen de pression politique, plusieurs forces politiques espagnoles remettent en question les fondements de la relation bilat\u00e9rale entre les deux pays.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Dans ce contexte, le quotidien espagnol Marca a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019une initiative parlementaire port\u00e9e par la coalition de gauche Sumar, partenaire au sein du gouvernement, appelle \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 la participation de l\u2019Espagne \u00e0 l\u2019organisation conjointe de la Coupe du Monde 2030 avec le Maroc. Soutenue par des d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019Izquierda Unida\u00a0\u00bb, cette proposition exhorte le gouvernement espagnol \u00e0 intervenir aupr\u00e8s de la FIFA, de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration royale espagnole de football et du gouvernement portugais afin de r\u00e9examiner le mod\u00e8le d\u2019organisation du tournoi. Les parlementaires rappellent qu\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de cette envergure doit respecter strictement les droits humains et le droit international.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Le texte demande \u00e9galement l\u2019activation des m\u00e9canismes de la FIFA afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer les engagements \u00e9thiques des pays h\u00f4tes. Il r\u00e9clame, en outre, la pr\u00e9sentation au Parlement espagnol, dans un d\u00e9lai de six mois, d\u2019un rapport ind\u00e9pendant sur le respect des droits fondamentaux et sur les cons\u00e9quences des \u00e9v\u00e9nements transfrontaliers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Enfin, la proposition vise \u00e0 ouvrir la voie \u00e0 un retrait de l\u2019organisation du Mondial 2030 au Maroc si des violations graves des engagements internationaux venaient \u00e0 \u00eatre constat\u00e9es.
