La garde \u00e0 vue de l’ex-Premier ministre n\u00e9palais KP Sharma Oli dans l’enqu\u00eate sur la r\u00e9pression meurtri\u00e8re de l’insurrection qui a caus\u00e9 la chute de son gouvernement en septembre, a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e dimanche de cinq jours, ont rapport\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias locaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Oli, 74 ans, et son ancien ministre de l’Int\u00e9rieur, Ramesh Lekhak, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s le 28 mars pour \u00eatre interrog\u00e9s sur leur r\u00f4le dans les \u00e9meutes des 8 et 9 septembre, qui se sont sold\u00e9es par la mort d’au moins 76 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les deux hommes ont tous les deux ni\u00e9 avoir ordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 la police d’ouvrir le feu sur les manifestants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0La Cour a autoris\u00e9 la prolongation de cinq jours\u00a0\u00bb de leur d\u00e9tention, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un porte-parole du tribunal de Katmandou, Deepak Kumar Shrestha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un rapport publi\u00e9 dans la presse la semaine derni\u00e8re, une commission nomm\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s de transition a recommand\u00e9 des poursuites p\u00e9nales contre M. Oli, M. Lekhak et l’ex-chef de la police notamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 8 septembre 2025, la police avait ouvert le feu sur des milliers de jeunes manifestants qui d\u00e9filaient \u00e0 Katmandou sous la banni\u00e8re de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z pour d\u00e9noncer la corruption des \u00e9lites et le ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
