{"id":59947,"date":"2025-12-18T15:28:34","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T14:28:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmawkie.dz\/fr\/?p=59947"},"modified":"2025-12-18T15:28:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T14:28:35","slug":"tissemsilt-la-protection-civile-organise-un-exercice-simulant-de-fortes-precipitations-et-une-crue-de-loued","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmawkie.dz\/fr\/tissemsilt-la-protection-civile-organise-un-exercice-simulant-de-fortes-precipitations-et-une-crue-de-loued\/","title":{"rendered":"Tissemsilt: La protection civile organise un exercice simulant de fortes pr\u00e9cipitations et une crue de l&rsquo;oued\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les services de la protection civile de la wilaya de Tissemsilt ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9, jeudi, des manoeuvres simulant de fortes pr\u00e9cipitations ayant provoqu\u00e9 des inondations, a-t-on appris aupr\u00e8s de la direction de wilaya de ce corps d&rsquo;intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet exercice, men\u00e9 au niveau de l\u2019oued Takria, dans la commune de Khemisti, a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 simuler une situation o\u00f9 un bus de transport de voyageurs s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 encercl\u00e9 par les eaux sur la route nationale RN 14, \u00e0 la suite de la mont\u00e9e du niveau des eaux, a expliqu\u00e9 le charg\u00e9 de l\u2019information, le lieutenant Sid-Ali Benomar. Cette situation a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une intervention rapide de la protection civile pour s\u00e9curiser les lieux, porter secours aux personnes bloqu\u00e9es et leur prodiguer les premiers soins, tout en prenant les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et assurer la prise en charge d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles victimes, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de la circulation routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet exercice s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la protection civile et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du niveau de coordination entre les diff\u00e9rents intervenants, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le m\u00eame responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a ajout\u00e9 que ces man\u0153uvres p\u00e9riodiques font partie du programme de pr\u00e9vention et de pr\u00e9paration face aux risques d\u2019inondations et aux catastrophes naturelles, notamment durant la p\u00e9riode hivernale, afin d\u2019assurer la rapidit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des interventions pour sauver des vies et prot\u00e9ger les biens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00eame source a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 que les services de la protection civile intensifient, durant la saison hivernale, leurs campagnes de sensibilisation, en coordination avec plusieurs organismes tels que Sonelgaz, portant sur les dangers du monoxyde de carbone.
