L’Assembl\u00e9e nationale (chambre basse du parlement) de Madagascar a vot\u00e9 la destitution du pr\u00e9sident Andry Rajoelina, ont rapport\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias locaux. Ainsi, 130 des 131 d\u00e9put\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents (sur un total de 151) ont vot\u00e9 pour.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9sident a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment annonc\u00e9 la dissolution de la chambre basse, mais celle-ci a jug\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision ill\u00e9gale. Andry Rajoelina a d\u00e9clar\u00e9, pour sa part, que la session extraordinaire de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, convoqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de l\u2019opposition, \u00e9tait juridiquement nulle, d\u00e9pourvue de fondement l\u00e9gal et contraire \u00e0 la Constitution. Une crise politique int\u00e9rieure \u00e0 Madagascar a \u00e9clat\u00e9 le 25 septembre avec des manifestations de jeunes contre les coupures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et d\u2019eau, manifestations qui ont mu\u00e9 en revendications exigeant la d\u00e9mission du pr\u00e9sident. <\/strong><\/em>
