Le pr\u00e9sident du Parlement p\u00e9ruvien, Jos\u00e9 Jeri, a pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment vendredi comme chef d’Etat par int\u00e9rim du pays andin apr\u00e8s la destitution de Dina Boluarte, sur fond de crise s\u00e9curitaire dans le pays. \u00ab\u00a0Aujourd’hui, j’assume avec humilit\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, par succession constitutionnelle, afin de mettre en place et diriger un gouvernement de transition\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chef de l’Etat int\u00e9rimaire, imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment devant le Parlement. Jos\u00e9 Jeri, 38 ans, assumera ses fonctions jusqu’au 26 juillet 2026. Le P\u00e9rou organise des \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales en avril. Les principales forces politiques du Parlement ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 jeudi plusieurs motions de destitution contre Dina Boluarte, 63 ans, invoquant une \u00ab\u00a0incapacit\u00e9 morale permanente\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 exercer ses fonctions. Examin\u00e9e par le Parlement, sa destitution a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l’issue d’une tr\u00e8s courte session \u00e0 laquelle Dina Boluarte ne s’est pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, bien qu’elle ait \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9e. Dina Boluarte avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l’objet de plusieurs tentatives de destitution, sans succ\u00e8s jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Cette fois, la proc\u00e9dure a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e, les partis de droite et d’extr\u00eame droite qui la soutenaient l’ont l\u00e2ch\u00e9e.
