Le premier projet concerne le renouvellement du r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;eau potable \u00e0 Boughara, avec le remplacement de canalisations sur 10 km dans les anciens quartiers, ce qui a permis de supprimer les fuites, de remplacer les conduites v\u00e9tustes et de raccorder 600 logements au r\u00e9seau. Le co\u00fbt du projet est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 39,1 millions de dinars. Dans la commune avoisinante de Recha\u00efga, un r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 1.000 m\u00e8tres cubes a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 deux forages profonds pr\u00e9alablement creus\u00e9s et \u00e9quip\u00e9s. Le r\u00e9seau de raccordement s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sur 2,5 km, tandis que le r\u00e9servoir est \u00e9galement reli\u00e9 \u00e0 trois autres r\u00e9servoirs de la commune via un r\u00e9seau de 5,5 km. Ce projet, qui a co\u00fbt\u00e9 environ 96 millions de dinars, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le cadre du programme sectoriel de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Il permet, aujourd&rsquo;hui, de fournir 3.400 m\u00e8tres cubes d&rsquo;eau potable par jour aux habitants de la commune, selon M.
