Omar Belhadj, \u00e0 la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 63e anniversaire de la cr\u00e9ation de la Cour constitutionnelle turque, \u00e0 l’invitation de son homologue turc, M. Kadir Ozkaya, ce m\u00e9morandum d’entente vise \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0renforcer la coop\u00e9ration, l’\u00e9change d’informations et d’expertises et le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles selon les meilleures pratiques dans le domaine du droit et de la justice constitutionnels\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source.
