Belga\u00efd qui est un secteur urbain rattach\u00e9e \u00e0 la commune de Bir El Djir (\u00e0 l\u2019Est d\u2019Oran), a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de projets de d\u00e9veloppement en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9nagement urbain, d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de r\u00e9habilitation et ouverture des routes devant am\u00e9liorer le cadre de vie de population, a-t-on appris aupr\u00e8s de M. <\/strong><strong>Zerdane Djamel, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de secteur de cette collectivit\u00e9 locale.<\/strong><br \/>\nParmi les projets, dont quelques-uns sont en cours de r\u00e9alisation et d\u2019autres en voie de lancement, figurent l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la place des ilots 04 et 05 situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9\u00a0\u00a0de la double pr\u00e8s de l\u2019universit\u00e9 en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9clairage public, la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019espaces verts, le rev\u00eatement de trottoirs et \u00e0 la pose de mobilier urbain. Ceci, \u00e0 l\u2019instar des travaux de nettoyage et curage des avaloirs des r\u00e9seaux d\u2019assainissement. D\u2019autres travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement sont en cours de r\u00e9alisation au niveau de certains quartiers de la commune d\u2019El Kerma, qui d\u00e9pend de la da\u00efra d\u2019Es-Senia, \u00e0 savoir le rev\u00eatement des routes, \u00e0 l\u2019instar des cit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de cette agglom\u00e9ration, ainsi que la route principale, avec la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019espaces verts et la dotation en \u00e9clairage public, entre autres op\u00e9rations, a-t-on indiqu\u00e9. Selon nos sources de la da\u00efra,\u00a0\u00a0la commune a allou\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 156 millions DA de son budget pour la concr\u00e9tisation de 15 projets, portant sur des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement, de r\u00e9habilitation des routes et des trottoirs, d\u2019\u00e9clairage public, ainsi que le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement d\u2019un ensemble de ronds-points.
