{"id":46308,"date":"2025-01-27T09:07:26","date_gmt":"2025-01-27T08:07:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmawkie.dz\/fr\/?p=46308"},"modified":"2025-01-27T09:07:26","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T08:07:26","slug":"aadl-3-le-ministre-de-lhabitat-repond-aux-interrogations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmawkie.dz\/fr\/aadl-3-le-ministre-de-lhabitat-repond-aux-interrogations\/","title":{"rendered":"AADL 3\u00a0: Le ministre de l\u2019habitat r\u00e9pond aux interrogations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le ministre de l\u2019habitat, de l\u2019Urbanisme et de la Ville, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 une question \u00e9crite pos\u00e9e par le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Abderrahmane Salhi concernant les d\u00e9lais de r\u00e9ouverture des inscriptions pour le programme de logements en location-vente \u00ab AADL 3 \u00bb et les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances pr\u00e9vues pour le lancement effectif du projet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, dans sa r\u00e9ponse, le ministre a rappel\u00e9 que la p\u00e9riode d\u2019inscription au programme \u00ab AADL 3 \u00bb avait dur\u00e9 14 jours cons\u00e9cutifs avant la fermeture temporaire du site d\u00e9di\u00e9. \u00ab Cette pause a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9e pour permettre \u00e0 l\u2019Agence nationale de gestion d\u2019am\u00e9liorer et de traiter les demandes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es \u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ministre a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019ampleur de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des citoyens pour cette formule de logement. \u00ab Plus de 1.400.000 demandes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es \u00e0 travers le pays. Ce chiffre t\u00e9moigne non seulement de l\u2019importance de ce programme pour les Alg\u00e9riens, mais aussi de la capacit\u00e9 du site \u00e0 g\u00e9rer un volume aussi important de requ\u00eates \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce sillage, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi a indiqu\u00e9 que le lancement effectif du programme \u00ab AADL 3 \u00bb interviendra une fois que le dossier du programme pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, \u00ab AADL 2 \u00bb, sera compl\u00e8tement cl\u00f4tur\u00e9.
