ALGER – Un m\u00e9morandum d’entente a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9, lundi \u00e0 Alger, entre l’Assembl\u00e9e populaire nationale (APN) et le Parlement Latino-Am\u00e9ricain et Carib\u00e9en (Parlatino), indique un communiqu\u00e9 de la Chambre basse du Parlement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Le m\u00e9morandum a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident de l’APN, M. Brahim Boughali, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 alg\u00e9rien, et par le pr\u00e9sident du Parlement Latino-Am\u00e9ricain et Carib\u00e9en, M. Rolando Gonzalez Patricio, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 latin, et ce au Centre international des Conf\u00e9rences (CIC) \u00ab\u00a0Abdelatif-Rahal\u00a0\u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature a vu la pr\u00e9sence des vice-pr\u00e9sidents de l’APN, Guesri Messaoud, Hani Ahcene, Monder Bouden, Kherfi Moussa, Habnassi Mouloud et Hadjira Abbas, outre, les ambassadeurs accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s des pays membres du Parlatino\u00a0\u00bb, selon la m\u00eame source.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Lors des discussions qui ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 la signature, M. Boughali a soulign\u00e9 l’importance de ce m\u00e9morandum, mettant en avant \u00ab\u00a0son r\u00f4le dans la mise en place d’une feuille de route pour une coop\u00e9ration optimale entre les deux parties\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

M. Boughali a ajout\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0le combat d’hier \u00e9tait pour s’affranchir du colonialisme, et aujourd’hui il est d\u00e9sormais orient\u00e9 vers le d\u00e9veloppement et la r\u00e9alisation de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour les peuples des deux r\u00e9gions et des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les ambassadeurs ont salu\u00e9 la signature de ce m\u00e9morandum souhaitant qu’il puisse contribuer \u00e0 intensifier la coop\u00e9ration parlementaire entre les deux parties au service des int\u00e9r\u00eats et des valeurs communes\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ont \u00e9galement pris part \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature de ce m\u00e9morandum, le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Am\u00e9rique latine au minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Communaut\u00e9 nationale \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger, et des cadres du minist\u00e8re, selon le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n
